To make this a reality, highly qualified in-house trainers offer a tremendous amount of training for a wide variety of topics including OSHA 10 and 30, HAZWOPER 40 and annual 8-hour refreshers, and Competent Person Training in an array of topics. In addition, facility-specific training is performed multiple times a year to brief affected employees on safe equipment operation and proper standard operating procedures.

We have partnered with Arrowsight, Inc. to implement a hybrid Remote Video Auditing (RVA) and Artificial Intelligence technology and services system that utilizes lightweight portable cameras in order to reduce the risk of injuries on our jobsites.

These videos are subsequently reviewed by front line supervisors who coach and retrain workers.

Cameras have been installed on facility grounds and are used to monitor daily operations. The footage is reviewed with the goal of identifying and correcting unsafe working conditions in order to mitigate risk.
